How we use and share your data
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your loan request, and communicate with you about our services. If you proceed with a loan application, we share relevant information with Arive, our loan origination platform partner, to process that application — this hand-off happens only when you choose to click through to apply, per the Get Started/Apply Now page.
Your GLBA opt-out rights
As a financial services provider, we’re subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), which gives you certain rights regarding how your nonpublic personal information is shared, including the right to opt out of certain types of sharing. Details on how to exercise this right will be provided here.
Cookie / tracking disclosure
We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general traffic patterns) — this data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. We also use Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to let you book a free consultation directly from our Get Started page.
